1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to run10k ("App", "Service", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and run10k ("Company"), governing your access and use of the App.

These Terms apply to all users, including free visitors and paid subscribers.

2. Service Description

run10k is a sports coaching application that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate personalized running training plans. The Service includes:

• ▪ Profile questionnaire (quiz) for personalization
• ▪ Automatic generation of training plans via AI
• ▪ Training calendar and activity schedule
• ▪ Progress tracking and training history
• ▪ GPS run tracking, route map display, distance and pace calculation, including in the background or while the screen is locked during an active run started by you
• ▪ Check-in system and training feedback
• ▪ Notifications and reminders (optional)
• ▪ Access to educational running content (future)

Freemium Model

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Eligibility

To create an account, you must:

• ▪ Be at least 18 years old.
• ▪ Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.
• ▪ Not have been previously banned from the Service.

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• ▪ Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• ▪ All activities that occur under your account.
• ▪ Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use: contact@run10k.app

3.3. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time at: Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Upon deletion:

• ▪ Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• ▪ Active subscriptions will be canceled (no pro-rata refund, except in exceptional cases).
• ▪ Training plans, history, and progress will be permanently erased.

4. Subscription and Payments

Note: We do not store credit card data. All payments are securely processed by Apple or Google.

4.3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual), until you cancel.

• ▪ Monthly: Renewal every 30 days.
• ▪ Annual: Renewal every 12 months.
• ▪ Boiling occurs 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (no pro-rata refund).

After cancellation:

• ▪ You keep Premium access until the end of the paid period.
• ▪ After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan.
• ▪ Your data and training plans are kept for 1 year (you can reactivate subscription).

4.5. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time, with 30 days prior notice. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions during the paid period and apply only upon the next renewal.

4.6. Refunds

General Policy: We do not offer refunds after the start of the billing period.

Exceptions:

• ▪ Improper or Duplicate Charge: Full refund within 7 business days.
• ▪ Serious Technical Issues: If the App is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rata refund.
• ▪ Cancellation during trial period: If you cancel before the end of the 7 free days, there will be no charge.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1. User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including (but not limited to) source code, algorithms, design, interface, graphics, "run10k" trademark and logo, generated content, and database, are the exclusive property of run10k or its licensors.

6.2. Ownership of Your Data

You retain ownership of your personal data, including your name, email, quiz answers, workout history, and run location data. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your quiz data to generate AI training plans, store your data on our servers, and process workout and location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Location data is used for run tracking, route maps, distance and pace calculation, workout history, and app synchronization; it is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
